Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, a deposit is required to begin work, with remaining payments due according to the project timeline. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Limitation of Liability

DenModi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from our SEO or marketing services, as outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Indemnification

Either party may terminate service agreements according to the terms specified in individual contracts. Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
